a) Apple Beet Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 apple

  • 1 piece of beet

  • 1 slice of lemon

Instructions

  1. Remove the seeds and the stem of an apple, and cut the beets and the lemon with skin to the right size.

  2. Close the lever, and extract beet-apple in order.

  3. When putting the last ingredients in, place the lever in half-opened position to release the compressed pulp.

 

b) Health Plus Juice

Ingredients

  • Wheatgrass 30g

  • Carrots 330g

  • Beets 100g

Instructions

  1. Cut wheatgrass into smaller pieces with about 3-4cm in length.

  2. Chop carrots and beets into smaller pieces with about 4 cm in length.

  3. Put wheatgrass, carrots and beets into your slow juicer and juice, alternating between the insertion of the different ingredients.
