Ingredients
Wheatgrass 30g
Carrots 330g
Beets 100g
Instructions
1. Cut wheatgrass into smaller pieces with about 3-4cm in length.
2. Chop carrots and beets into smaller pieces with about 4 cm in length.
3. Put wheatgrass, carrots and beets into your Hurom slow juicer and juice, alternating between the insertion of the different ingredients.
Tips & Notes
Leafy vegetables will be juiced easily when they are cut in 3-4cm in length.
