Exchange & Refund Policy
The exchange and refund policy applies only for items bought on https://huromsingapore.com ("Website"). Please read these following exchange & refund policy closely, as you ("you" or "customer") acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms laid out in this policy when you order from this website. If you do not agree, do not purchase from this website.
1. EXCHANGE
1.1 Customers who purchase a product from this website are able to request for an exchange for their product within 3 days of the product’s delivery, given the following conditions:
a) The item is defective due to manufacturing faults, and / or damaged during the manufacturing process, warehouse handling, or delivery shipment. We will NOT conduct an exchange if the defect is caused by the customer's own mishandling and misuse of the product.
b) The product has not been used to juice fruits, vegetables, and / or other foods or objects before. Once any part of the product has come into contact with fruits, vegetables, and / or other foods or objects before, the product will become ineligible for exchange immediately.
1.2 All products must be returned to us in original and brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use including, but not limited to, pick scratches, belt-buckle markings, scuffs, dings and scrapes on the product or any of the related materials that came with it. The returned products must also include all original packaging, labels, stickers, seals, manuals, accessories, and still have their protective materials unremoved and intact.
2. REFUNDS / RETURN
Refunds and returns will be permitted and conducted when the returned product and / or part of the product is found to be defective, and repair or replacement of such product is not possible. All products returned must have its full packaging in tact, and must not be used before. Hurom Singapore reserves the right to reject any refund and / or return request should the above not be observed.
3. ABUSE OF EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We’ve created this Return and Exchange Policy to make sure our customers receive the product of their choice. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who make fraudulent returns, violate and/or abuse the terms of this Return and Exchange Policy, including, but not limited to, making excessive returns, returning products that are no longer in original and brand-new condition, returning products that they have not purchased etc. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time at our discretion.
