  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1 Lemon

  • Mint Leaves 

Instructions: 

  1. Peel and remove all of the skin from the cucumbers.

  2. Cut the ingredients into smaller pieces of 3-4cm 

  3. Blend the ingredients for at least two minutes. 

 

b) Apple Cucumber Spinach Juice

Ingredients: 

  • 290g Apple 

  • 30g Spinach 

  • 70g Cucumber 

Instructions:

  1. Cut off the ends of the cucumber, remove prickles, and slice into appropriate sizes.

  2. Wash spinach leaves thoroughly

  3. Remove the seeds from the apple, and slice.

  4. Put the lever on your slow juicer to “close.” Insert ingredients to extract.
