How To Trade-In
A step-by-step guide on how to successfully trade-in your old kitchen appliances and get a discount voucher:
1. Fill up and submit the form below. Please ensure to provide a valid email address so that we can follow-up with you. Entries with an invalid email address will be disqualified.
2. Input the brand & model of your kitchen appliance, and upload a photo of the machine. The photo uploaded MUST be that of your kitchen appliances. Entries without a valid brand and model, or uploaded with a stock image, will be disqualified.
3. Do note that the kitchen appliances used for the trade-in must be in working condition to qualify for any vouchers. If the machine is not in working condition, it will be rejected.
4. After submitting the form, we will send you an email within 1 working day with your trade-in voucher and follow-up instructions to purchase a new Hurom juicer!
5. If you do not receive an email after 1 working day, do check your email spam folder, as the email might have landed there.
6. Once your new juicer is delivered, kindly bring your old appliance to our showroom at your convenience.
