Green Energy Juice
Ingredients
Boiled Soybeans 120g
Spinach 60g
Apples 320g
Instructions
1. Soak soybeans in water for about a day and boil them
2. Cut spinach into 3-4cm pieces
3. Remove seeds of apples, cut them up into 4 parts equally-sized pieces.
4. Put boiled soybeans, spinaches and apples into your Hurom slow juicer and juice them.
Tips & Notes
While soaking in water, soybeans may go bad. Thus, they should be soaked in cold water inside a refrigerator.
