Green Bio Juice
Ingredients
Broccoli 130g
Kale 100g
Pineapples 80g
Pears 180g
Instructions
1. Chop broccoli and kale into smaller pieces with about 3-4cm in length.
2. Slice pears in half and divide into 6 parts with the skin.
3. Peel pineapples; divide into 4 parts; and slice into smaller pieces with about 3-4cm in length.
4. Put broccoli, kale, pineapples and pears into your Hurom slow juicer and juice.
Tips & Notes
As kale is strongly fibrous, chop into smaller pieces with about 3-4cm in length before juicing.
