Fruit Jelly
Ingredients
Fruit Juice 200ml
Gelatin Paper 24g
Oligosaccharides 40g
Instructions
1. Extract the juice from the fruits of your choice.
2. Soak the gelatin paper in water.
3. Put the extracted juice, soaked gelatin and oligosaccharides in the pot, and boil it with low heat until gelatin is melted.
4. Pour the mixture into a proper dish or frame, and put it in a refrigerator to let it cool down, harden up and take shape.
